FLORA

"Flora" is about persistence—the way life refuses to be stopped, the way green things crack concrete, the way flowers bloom in abandoned lots, the way hope springs even in hopeless places.
Working in layers of paint, paper, and texture, I built this piece the way plants build themselves: slowly, persistently, reaching always toward light. The result is both decorative and deeply meaningful—beauty that carries weight, color that has something to say.
